Aleks Rushing will be joined by Amanda Clapp, Angela De Los Santos, and Pat Corbett to present, "Understanding the 2024 Title IX Regulations and Their Impact on K-12 Policy," at a Michigan Association of Superintendents & Administrators (MASA) webinar on June 17, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
The panel will present an in-depth analysis of the U.S. Department of Education’s 2024 Title IX changes and their implications for K-12 public school districts. Areas of focus during the webinar include: changes to Title IX regulations, compliance with new requirements, and other related topics (i.e. emergency removal, supportive measures, informal resolution, etc.)
