Husch Blackwell is pleased to share the publication of its fourth annual Public-Private Partnership Trends Report. The report contains an analysis of recent public-private partnership (P3) agreements for projects that reached a financial close from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020. Additionally, the report provides perspectives on emerging areas of P3 activity and a brief overview of the current pipeline of P3 projects.
This year’s report—themed “Rethink. Restart. Rebuild.”—is especially timely considering the massive disruption of the coronavirus public health crisis. The P3 community has persevered throughout the crisis and has demonstrated a tight focus on bringing vital infrastructure projects online. This year’s report illustrates that commitment, as both the project pipeline and the roster of projects reaching a financial close saw record levels.
We hope you find our Public-Private Partnership Report edifying and are encouraged by all of the hard work that the P3 community has logged, despite what was a very difficult year.
