This training is intended as a primary and refresher training for individuals handling issues involving sexual harassment and assault in public and private schools, including Title IX coordinators, deputy coordinators, investigators, hearing officers, and other members of institutional Title IX teams. This annual training includes a discussion of key case law updates, the latest guidance from the U.S. Department of Education, and a brief preview of proposed regulatory changes.
