J.Y. Miller will take part in the American Bar Association panel "2021 ABA Profile of the Legal Profession: Returning to the Law Office… Or Not" on Thursday, July 29, 2021.
The program will discuss the debate among lawyers on whether and how to return to the office after the pandemic, considering questions of who's returning, who's working from home indefinitely and how these decisions are made. Panelists will discuss new rules, changing expectations, effects on recruiting and potential gender or generation gaps.
The 2021 ABA Profile of the Legal Profession will be released at the program. An annual compilation of statistics and trends, the 2021 report includes a new chapter on how the COVID-19 pandemic affected lawyers.
