Husch Blackwell’s Wakaba Tessier and Renee Zerbonia and ARJ Infusion Services’ Edie Gigot presented “Assessing Your Risk and Liability in Compounding” at the NHIA Sterile Compounding Pre-Conference on March 10, 2019.
They guided the audience through the current landscape and common compliance concerns of compounding, including the areas of greatest risk and how to protect your business. Attendees also learned about how to respond to an FDA inspection, from onsite triage to handling requests for records and remediation.
