Husch Blackwell and the Communities for Change program will host a "Business Formation Webinar," presented by Auriel Ackerman, on Friday, May 10, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. CST. This webinar is geared towards emerging entrepreneurs who are interested in forming their own business entities. Attendees will learn about the importance of business formation, the different types of legal entities they can choose from, and will have an opportunity to engage with a practicing attorney.
Emerging entrepreneurs that are interested in forming single member LLCs will also receive the opportunity to apply to our Communities for Change program.
