Brittany Falkowski and Jenna Brofsky presented "Developing a COVID-19 Vaccination Plan" for the International Public Management Association for Human Resources on February 16, 2021.
Brittany and Jenna identified and discussed various issues and action steps employers should consider as they develop policies and plans related to the COVID-19 vaccines and their workforces. They specifically examined risks and requirements of mandatory vaccination programs, whether incentives are permissible and best practices for encouraging vaccination.
