Ellen Babbitt and Scott Warner presented "Downsizing and Other Institutional Change: What Works and Doesn't Work" at the Association of Business Administrators of Christian Colleges' annual conference on February 25, 2021.
The presentation discussed the major risks from downsizing and program change and presented practical tips for risk management and legal claims, as well as special faculty and student issues and reputational risks. Ellen and Scott also provided successful strategies for downsizing.
