Jordan Bergkamp will present, “New ESOPS - What To Expect,” at the ESOP Association’s National Conference in Washington, DC on Thursday, May 9, 2024.
After the close of an ESOP transaction, a host of new administrative responsibilities emerge. This session aims to help participants identify these tasks, discern the responsible parties, and recognize any pertinent deadlines. Tasks covered will range from setting up an EIN to engaging service providers, managing employee communication, and overseeing internal loan payments. Additionally, the session will aid participants in crafting a post-closing checklist and establishing an annual administration checklist for ongoing management.
