Beyond their impact on student conduct processes, the Department of Education’s new Title IX regulations usher in challenging adjustments to procedures and standards applicable to sexual harassment of or by employees, including faculty members. This webinar will explore these issues as well as the need to revamp existing faculty and human resources functions addressing sexual harassment, overlapping and confusing liability standards under Title IX versus Title VII, and adjustments to handling "Me Too" concerns, among other issues.
