The Stop Campus Hazing Act, signed December 24, 2024, has amended the Clery Act and created additional reporting requirements for colleges and universities, including the publication of hazing statistics, additional policy content in the Annual Security Reports (ASR), and a new Campus Hazing Transparency Report.

Join Higher Education attorneys Hayley Hanson and Ellen Armentrout as they outline how the new law affects your institution. They’ll discuss topics such as what definitions apply, what programming is required, what statistical reporting and policy statements must be included in the ASR, what the new Transparency Report will entail, and the deadlines associated with the changes.
