Employers should understand the evolving legal landscape involving lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender workers. This webinar will focus on recent court decisions involving sexual orientation and gender identity discrimination in the workplace, federal contractor rules, EEOC and OSHA guidance, and considerations under the ADA and FMLA. The presenters will also discuss best practices for internal policies such as restroom access for transgender workers, appearance standards, health insurance coverage, time off for medical procedures, and name changes.
