On April 19, the U.S. Department of Education issued its final Title IX regulations governing institutional response to sex discrimination and sexual harassment for colleges and universities. The regulations, as mentioned in our April 19 legal update, will require modification of institutional policy, protocols, and training prior to their effective date of August 1, 2024.
