Ann is a senior paralegal who concentrates in the areas of commercial litigation, labor and employment, and mining safety and health administration matters.

Ann is experienced in all phases of the litigation process at the state, federal and appellate court levels. She manages initial investigations, large-scale document productions, arbitrations and pretrial preparations. Ann also assists attorneys at the trials of complex, multiparty, high-profile cases.

Ann is dedicated to using technology to create efficient and cost-effective solutions for firm clients. She assists with document reviews through the software program Relativity.

Her representative work as a lead paralegal includes:

  • Assisting in an 11-week federal court trial in which the jury returned a $125.5 million verdict, the largest in Colorado history. The case involved a fraud and contract dispute over the development and ownership of the cable TV system in Hong Kong.
  • Assisting in a one-week federal court trial in an employment case in which the jury returned a favorable verdict in favor of the client defendant.
  • Assisting in several state court trials, both jury trials and trials to the court.
