Addy focuses her practice on corporate real estate and development transactions.
An undergraduate internship at a criminal defense firm first sparked Addy's interest in the law, leading her to pursue a legal career to help others understand their rights and make informed decisions.
As a third-year law student, Addy worked with the Innocence Project of Texas through her school's Innocence Clinic. There, she assisted wrongfully convicted individuals with their post-conviction litigation matters at both the state and federal levels, gaining significant proficiency in drafting motions, briefs, proposed findings of fact, and conclusions of law, among other things. However, most critically, this experience honed her ability to provide emotional support and guidance to clients during high-stakes situations. Her law school years also included two summers at Husch Blackwell and an internship with a Texas health system.
Addy takes pride in zealously advocating for clients through her strong research and writing abilities. She recognizes the intricate and complex nature of the law, yet she is adept at strategically addressing these issues to obtain the best possible outcomes for her clients.
She was drawn to real estate because the practice area allowed her to see the tangible results of her work, letting her shepherd clients from the early stages of negotiating a deal to the completion of a physical product. She frequently handles matters regarding purchase and sale agreements, leasing transactions, and interpretation of covenants and restriction documents.
Known for her strong work ethic, reliability, and detail-oriented approach, Addy generates creative, practical solutions for clients.
