AJ represents insurers and consumer financial services providers, defending these companies in class actions, individual lawsuits and arbitration. AJ also represents clients in a wide range of commercial and business disputes, as well as in probate and fiduciary litigation. His recent experience includes representing insurers in class actions relating to COVID-19 business closures and a software development breach of contract arbitration under New York law.
A former judicial law clerk with a background as a technical writer, AJ’s insight into decision makers’ thought processes and his attention to detail allow him to sift through challenging issues and present the client’s case clearly and persuasively.
