Amalia is a corporate attorney with a focus on mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.

Amalia is dedicated to helping others grow their businesses and guiding them through challenging times.

Amalia’s interest in the corporate and transactional practice area stems from her love for learning about new industries and the thrill of seeing clients achieve their goals. She enjoys the process of bringing two companies together to create a new entity, all while ensuring that clients are not exposed to additional risks. Amalia has completed multi-million-dollar M&A transactions, representing both private financial and strategic buyers and sellers across various industries.  

While her focus is on M&A deals, Amalia also seeks out pro bono opportunities advising small, minority-owned companies in her community. 

Amalia developed a global perspective on corporate legal matters during her semester at Université Paris Dauphine, where she studied international corporate law.  

Amalia is known for her ability to listen to and understand clients’ problems, finding trustworthy and workable solutions. Her global background, coupled with her dedication and passion for law, makes her a valuable addition to any team.

Outside the Office

Amalia is a world traveler who has visited 25 countries and lived abroad in both London and Paris. She celebrated her law school graduation with a trip to Argentina with her mom, and she’s hoping her next vacation will be to Japan or Thailand.

When she’s at home in Missouri, Amalia enjoys rooting for her favorite sports teams—the Kansas City Chiefs, Sporting KC, and Mercedes Formula 1—reading, and spending time with her Westie puppy.
