Armine represents clients in complex commercial litigation matters.
Armine decided to pursue a legal career after a transformative experience volunteering at the Superior Court of California, where she found herself captivated by the justice system. Her passion for law was solidified through various internships and a business law course during her undergraduate years, which reinforced her desire to be part of the legal narratives she observed. She was naturally drawn to commercial litigation due to her fascination with the courtroom, as well as her personal experience watching a family business navigate various challenges. Armine is passionate about helping businesses overcome obstacles.
During law school, Armine participated in the Negotiation Intramural Competition, where she honed her advocacy skills and placed as a quarterfinalist. She also thrived in her trial advocacy class, which provided hands-on experience in conducting mock trials and presenting arguments. Armine gained practical experience as a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, drafting memoranda on commercial cases, preparing evidence for depositions, and researching for client presentations. She particularly enjoyed analyzing corporate veil piercing and attending depositions.
A judicial externship with the Superior Court of California, County of Los Angeles and a clerkship with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office also provided Armine with a comprehensive understanding of courtroom proceedings from multiple perspectives, enhancing her ability to advocate effectively.
