Ashton draws on both his legal degree and his Master’s of Health Administration to assist healthcare providers with regulatory compliance matters.

Ashton leverages his legal background and MHA to provide regulatory counsel to healthcare providers and industry partners including hospitals, health systems, physician groups, long-term care facilities, insurers and other healthcare entities on a number of compliance and transactional issues, including:

Outside the Office

Ashton attended college at the University of Nottingham in the UK, where he served as the senior men’s coxswain for the rowing club. There, he coached and lead his crew to victories in multiple national competitions.

Ashton also enjoys following Formula One and Indycar racing, working on his car, and taking full advantage of his Colorado location with skiing and snowboarding.
