Aubrey represents clients in complex commercial litigation, handling a wide range of business disputes such as construction, political law, shareholder issues, product liability, and personal injury defense for clients across diverse industries. Notably, she serves as national coordinating counsel for a public transportation company in its defense of personal injury matters in high-risk jurisdictions across the country. Aubrey excels at developing strategies that align with clients’ broader goals and is committed to finding the least contentious path to a favorable outcome.

While many of Aubrey’s cases are resolved through settlement, mediation, or other forms of alternative dispute resolution, she especially excels at trial advocacy. Aubrey has second-chaired a bench trial, achieving dismissal of a counter claim. Her gift for reading people and situations makes her highly adept at adjusting strategies in real time during court proceedings.

Known for her calm and analytical presence, Aubrey effectively manages stressful situations and is deeply committed to her clients and individuals involved in each case. Outside the Office

Aubrey loves to travel. Her most recent trips have been to Ireland, Mexico, and the south of France. Aubrey’s favorite parts of her trips are usually shopping, trying local cuisine, and learning about different cultures.

Closer to home, Aubrey likes spending time with her five siblings. They genuinely enjoy each other’s company and often attend each other’s sporting events, graduations, and plays, as well as vacationing together in their native Colorado.

Aubrey also enjoys musical theatre and live music performances. She names her favorite show as Phantom of the Opera.

Community Leadership

Aubrey is passionate about education and began coaching high school mock trial in 2021. In the fall of 2024, she shifted to working with undergraduates and currently teaches a mock trial course at the University of Nebraska Omaha. With a passion for trial and oral advocacy, Aubrey enjoys teaching her students the skills that she uses to advocate for clients.
