Overview

Claire helps healthcare clients understand what regulations mean for them.

After studying public health as an undergraduate, Claire had always planned on a career in healthcare. Before law school, she worked as an analyst at an organization that researched health policy, focusing on Medicare and Medicaid. Claire soon realized that while she enjoyed working with policy, her true passion was sitting down with healthcare stakeholders and translating legal regulations into terms they could understand—an interest that pointed her toward law school.

Claire provides counseling on healthcare regulatory matters. She aims to help clients understand what complex regulations mean and how they can ensure their organization remains in compliance. Claire enjoys the challenge and excitement of practicing in an area of law that changes frequently, and she makes sure clients stay up to date. In addition, she also assists with certain transactions, joint ventures, affiliations, changes of control, and mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare space.

Known as a responsive and communicative professional, Claire has built a reputation for truly understanding the complex healthcare industry.
