A fierce litigator with a diverse commercial practice, Cody represents businesses of all sizes in a wide array of matters that include contract and shareholder disputes; oil and gas litigation; products liability; construction, leasing, and real estate disputes; and other business litigation disputes. He has argued cases in both state and federal court and on appeal and has tried to verdict—serving as first chair and obtaining a directed verdict as early as his second year as an attorney.
Cody often takes a leading role in cases, drafting all pleadings, handling depositions, corresponding with both clients and opposing counsel, and taking a central role in trial preparation.
