Elizabeth advises clients on complex commercial real estate transactions.

Elizabeth has a particular focus representing borrowers and lenders in sophisticated commercial real estate financings. She also advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate development, leasing, purchases, sales, and joint ventures. In connection with the foregoing, she guides clients through the complexities associated with a variety of property and project categories, including multi-family properties, office and industrial buildings, hotels and casinos, mixed-use projects, and vacant land.

  • Represented real estate investor and developer in the negotiation and drafting of a ground lease and a series of subleases, operating leases, and other property-level documents related to the development of a resort casino in New York state.
  • Represented lender in connection with a $110 million financing of a multi-family housing development in Atlanta, Georgia.
  • Represented private equity fund in connection with an acquisition and financing of an office complex in Miami, Florida, with assets totaling over $240 million.
  • Represented a borrower in connection with a $110 million mortgage loan refinancing of an office building in Chicago, Illinois.
  • Represented private equity buyer in the $1.25 billion acquisition of energy assets and the related financing matters with respect to the real estate assets.
