A commercial litigator known for calm under pressure, Emma is driven to deliver optimal resolutions for each client.

Emma enjoys guiding clients through complex claims at all stages of state and federal litigation, from initial pleadings, discovery and research, through trial and on to appeal when necessary. Emma focuses her practice on commercial litigation, assisting clients with, among other legal matters:

Outside the Office

Emma enjoys the trails of Greenway Farms, outside of Chattanooga, both as a runner, and biking with her husband. She’s also a live music enthusiast, fond of the many annual festivals, series and entertainments the city has on offer.

Community Leadership

Emma has donated her time and skills to expungement clinics, the Innocence Project and Junior League Chattanooga. She also chose an alternative spring break during law school spent collaborating with Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps officers.
