She excels at leading litigation teams in connection with difficult subject matters, trying circumstances, and tough venues. She brings to each assignment a thorough understanding of the litigation process and how to use it to achieve her clients’ business objectives. Her clients range from high-net-worth individuals and small and medium-sized businesses to large multinational corporations.
Throughout her career, Erica has given back to the community through pro bono representation, serving as a Guardian ad Litem and pro bono Attorney ad Litem for children in foster homes. Erica also served on the Next Generation Committee of the Shelter for Abused Women and Children.
