Jennifer counsels clients on techniques to preserve, enhance, and extend their wealth, including estate plans that maximize intergenerational wealth protection, minimize transfer taxes, and maximize protection from creditors. She also advises owners of closely held businesses in succession planning and ownership structures and is adept at developing sophisticated estate planning vehicles tailored to the distinct needs of such business owners. She has experience in organizing and developing succession plans for corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships.
