Josh fights for clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts.
Josh divides his practice between general commercial cases and construction litigation. His commercial work primarily centers on the financial industry, where he represents financial institutions, banks, and nonbank lenders, while the construction side of his practice focuses on residential construction defect matters. Josh regularly represents homebuilders—many of which develop properties nationwide—in cases against homeowners, construction companies, contractors, and subcontractors. Known for his approachable manner, Josh excels at the negotiations necessary to secure the best agreement possible for the client.
Growing up with a father who worked as an attorney, Josh has long been drawn to litigation. With time, he came to realize that the work was an excellent fit for his own skillset: Josh loves solving complex problems and disputes, which in turn lead to the best possible outcomes for his clients. After beginning his career representing clients in business disputes at prior firms, he joined Husch Blackwell in 2025. Josh was drawn to the firm’s cultural values, client focus, and emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Clients see Josh as a trusted advisor and an attorney they actually look forward to calling: with a reputation for his dedicated advocacy, Josh is always willing to go the extra mile for his clients.
