Overview

A former entrepreneur, JP draws on personal experience when counseling clients in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and securities matters.

While working as a partner in his commercial plumbing installation business, JP experienced firsthand the challenging legal issues that small-business owners face during the startup process. To learn the managerial skills necessary to fulfill his role and guide his company to greater growth and profitability, JP returned to school to pursue an undergraduate degree in business and entrepreneurial management.

JP then earned a law degree with the goal of helping clients obtain reliable guidance from an attorney with practical experience. He advises businesses of all sizes on how best to achieve their business objectives.

JP continues to actively maintain his journeyman plumbing license in an effort to stay connected with the industry that taught him the significance of hard work.
