Kimberly is a passionate litigator with an interest in education.
From a young age, Kimberly was drawn to the law. She spent her high school days off in courtrooms, captivated by the meticulous process and the human aspects of each case. This interest was solidified during her college internships at the University of Chicago’s Exoneration Project and at the Federal Defender Program, where she witnessed the profound impact of legal advocacy on individuals’ lives.
As a law student, Kimberly’s passion for education led her to take several education-focused classes, merging her love for law and education. She also served as part of the mock trial team and was elected editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review, editing and publishing six issues over the course of her third year. These experiences honed her leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, Kimberly also gained valuable experience researching and writing on a variety of topics, including higher education, trade secrets, real estate, and consumer finance.
Kimberly was drawn to commercial litigation for its fast pace and room for creativity, as well as the opportunity it provides to learn about a wide range of topics. Kimberly is known for her diligent and passionate approach to her work. She excels at breaking down complex matters into manageable and actionable tasks and takes a genuine interest in getting to know clients to better serve them.
