Overview

Kristyn is a member of the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources group and assists clients in a wide range of renewable energy transactions.

Kristyn represents renewable energy developers, public utilities, and institutional investors in renewable energy transactions. Her primary focus is the negotiation of project contracts for energy storage systems and wind and solar facilities, including build transfer agreements; engineering, procurement, and construction contracts; power purchase agreements; equipment supply agreements; and operations and maintenance agreements. Kristyn also represents buyers and sellers in the acquisition and disposition of development stage and operating energy storage systems and wind and solar facilities and oversees project contract diligence on behalf of institutional investors.

Known for her work ethic and communication, Kristyn is a highly responsive attorney who is dedicated to keeping clients’ initiatives front and center throughout the stages of negotiation. She enjoys finding unique solutions in order to get a deal across the finish line.

  • Negotiated tax equity financings, cash equity financings, and construction debt transactions; drafted and reviewed various transaction documents.
