Libby helps the firm’s attorneys meet client needs while remaining in compliance with ethical and professional conduct rules.
Libby advises attorneys and staff on a variety of conflict of interest concerns that can arise during legal representation. She provides training on conflicts clearing functions, client confidentiality and attorney-client privilege, and she drafts conflict waivers when appropriate. Where necessary, she also counsels attorneys on clients and matters that cannot be taken on.
Libby’s goal is to provide practical solutions that protect both attorneys and clients. Her role is always to consider what might go wrong in representation—and ensure that it doesn’t.
