Marlene is a senior paralegal who understands client business needs.

Marlene’s extensive legal knowledge is rooted in her experiences working as a corporate paralegal in-house and at a law firm.  Those experiences, along with her Master of Business Administration degree, provide her a unique perspective when understanding and addressing client needs. Her attention to detail and organizational skills allow her to efficiently help clients accomplish their goals.

Marlene assists attorneys and clients with drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements; and creating, maintaining and managing data bases.  She also provides substantive support relating to joint ventures, affiliations, acquisitions and mergers, including gathering due diligence, preparing ancillary documents, maintaining checklists, and handling closing and post-closing items and issues.
