Mary brings a wealth of finance and corporate law experience to her transactional real estate clients.
Mary advises on projects that provide communities and their people a basis for growth and opportunity. She represents lenders, developers, operating companies, and local governments in a wide range of complex real estate and financing transactions, including multi-phase development projects, construction real estate loans, tax credit financing structures, and the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate.
Mary’s approach to real estate transactions and financing is greatly enhanced by her corporate law experience. She has acted as counsel to investors, general contractors, national manufacturing companies, and prominent architectural and engineering firms, advising on corporate governance matters, acquisitions and joint ventures and teaming agreements, construction and engineering agreements, and vendor relations.
Prior to entering private practice, Mary earned her MBA specializing in corporate finance and investment banking. She also worked at a major New York-based investment bank and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.
