Morgan helps businesses navigate complex financial challenges.
Thanks to an undergrad business degree, Morgan enrolled in law school with a solid foundation in business fundamentals and the varying components of large organizations, and she found herself fascinated with her bankruptcy and business reorganizations classes. Her coursework unraveled the Bankruptcy Code’s multifaceted layers, sparking an interest that set her on the path to her current insolvency practice.
An externship with the Eastern District of Missouri Bankruptcy Court further enriched Morgan’s understanding of the field, providing her with the opportunity to observe various bankruptcy cases firsthand, including Chapter 7 and 13 and Subchapter 5 motion hearings. The experience also sharpened her advocacy and research skills. As a summer associate at Husch Blackwell, she tackled complex legal research on bankruptcy matters and worked with seasoned insolvency attorneys.
Morgan enjoys the legal research necessary in insolvency cases and values the opportunity to craft novel solutions for clients. She’s known for her willingness to go the extra mile, her commitment to working closely with clients to solve their unique issues, and her ability to collaborate with a wide range of personalities.
