Nicole protects clients’ interests in trust, estate, and fiduciary litigation. She practices from Deland, Florida.
Nicole represents families and individuals in disputed estate and probate cases, as well as related matters that arise from fiduciary litigation. Her experience includes contested fiduciary duty cases, contested probate and trust administration, will/trust contests, elder exploitation claims, and adversarial guardianship proceedings, and she has also worked with cases involving family businesses in a wide variety of industries. Nicole has served clients with net worths in the low millions, up to very high net worth individuals.
Growing up with parents in the legal industry, Nicole worked just about every possible position in law firms as a teen and young professional. Early in her career, she served as a paralegal in probate and trust administration and was soon inspired to enroll in law school. With a love of puzzles and strategies, she knew from the beginning that she was meant to be a litigator, and she began focusing exclusively on fiduciary litigation in 2015. Nicole loves that this is a field with clear rules and structure, but with clients and cases that all require a unique approach and a customized strategy.
Known as a fierce advocate and a careful strategist, Nicole has a reputation for winning cases before the other side has even realized what’s happening. She’s also known for building strong, long-term relationships with clients: in this deeply personal area of law, Nicole gets to know clients closely and resolves issues at the very heart of their families. She finds it truly rewarding to help clients through highly stressful periods and values the deep connections she often forms.
