After beginning her legal career as a commercial litigator handling a wide variety of cases, Rebecca developed a focus on the consumer financial services industry and other forms of financial litigation. She currently represents both banks and non-bank lenders in consumer finance disputes, including cases involving the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, and other state and federal statutes.
Rebecca cut her teeth on cases in New Jersey small claims court, giving her courtroom experience early in her career.
