Sean focuses on banking and finance law.

After working as a Certified Public Accountant, Sean transitioned to law in order to advise business clients in a more dynamic setting. His background in accounting gives him a distinct perspective on the tax implications of transactions and business decisions, offering clients insight into potential adverse tax consequences.

Outside the Office

Sean is a massive sports fan and roots for Detroit teams, as well as for his undergrad and law school alma maters, Notre Dame and Mizzou. His favorite sport is football, and nearly every fall weekend sees him traveling to a football game and tailgating with friends and family. He’s also a cat person, and while his schedule makes it challenging to have a pet of his own, Sean loves catching up with his family’s and friends’ cats.

With a mom who works as a flight attendant, Sean has traveled frequently since childhood. So far, he’s visited 18 countries, as well as Alaska and Hawaii. He names his favorites as Morocco, Slovenia, and Iceland.
