Shellee has extensive experience in the legal industry, having served as a paralegal for more than 20 years with a strong focus commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and public law matters.
Shellee is experienced in all phases of the litigation process at the state and federal levels, including the Texas Supreme Court. She is versed in all stages of the litigation process in multiple areas of law. She manages large-scale documents productions and pretrial preparations and attends and assists attorneys at the trials of complex, multiparty cases.
In addition to litigation, Shellee has extensive experience in real estate transactions and their accompanying agreements and contracts, including AIA Contracts. Her experience includes conducting thorough due diligence and title searches. Her detail-oriented work includes preparing and summarizing statistical data, evaluating and analyzing documents, and ensuring consistency and compliance.
