  • Guided numerous healthcare professionals – such as physicians and physician assistants – through administrative proceeding before licensing boards and agencies, including the Texas Medical Board, appealing prescribing and billing allegations linked to licensure issues, obtaining successful outcomes for clients.
  • Successfully represented healthcare client in employment contract dispute regarding non-compete agreement and job migration to neighboring hospital.
  • Successfully resolved numerous physician–insurance provider disputes regarding restriction of coverage and employment contracts, with good outcome for our client.
  • Guided direct primary care startup through all aspects of multi-state formation and structure across Iowa, New Jersey, Oregon, Nevada and Rhode Island, drafting and reviewing all necessary transactional documentation.
Outside the Office

A former NCAA football player, Spencer now enjoys several intramural sports.

Spencer attends a football game every weekend, whether high school, college or pro, and plays flag football, basketball, volleyball and softball. He also spends time on Lake Austin aboard his family’s boat. Always up for new things, Spencer has attempted ballroom dancing, yoga and acting classes.
