In estate planning, he counsels clients on estate, gift and generation-skipping transfer tax planning, insurance trusts, qualified personal residence trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts, charitable remainder trusts, prenuptial agreements, voting trusts, buy/sell agreements, wills and various other trusts. His experience in the tax area includes S corporations, limited-liability companies, partnerships, like-kind exchanges, condemnations, and estates and trusts. He also has experience dealing with sales of interests in closely held businesses and other general corporate matters.
Before joining Husch Blackwell, he practiced at The Stolar Partnership LLP in St. Louis, Mo.
