Victoria walks clients through difficult litigation.
Victoria first realized she wanted to be an attorney while serving as a residential advisor at her undergraduate university. Her role was to serve as an advocate for other students in residence when they had problems or were required to appear before a university tribunal, and she discovered she thrived on advising, guiding and helping individuals navigate complex systems. The experience encouraged a passion for walking with people through challenging situations, and she knew a career as a litigator would be a natural fit. A love of civil procedure discovered in law school confirmed her decision.
Victoria sees conflict not as something to be avoided but as a positive opportunity to reach a good resolution. With an enthusiasm for teamwork, she works alongside firm colleagues and internal client teams to find solutions to complex matters. Victoria also has a passion for research, honed during her time as a Husch Blackwell summer associate. She loves learning as much as possible about both the client’s industry and unique business situation and the legal complexities involved. A former U.S. Senate intern, Victoria has seen firsthand how quickly regulations can change and understands the need for careful monitoring.
While Victoria represents clients in a variety of industries, she is especially passionate about healthcare and education. She’s long been fascinated by science and medicine, and with a mother who teaches school, she understands the value of what educators do. Her own experience as a residential advisor in college also ignited a love for the complexity of university administration.
Known for her genuine care for clients and their businesses, Victoria is building a reputation as an incredibly thorough professional. She takes great care to ensure that no detail is missed and that clients never have to wonder what if after a case is done.
