As a real estate attorney, Zach enjoys helping clients from concept to construction and beyond.
Focusing his practice on the real estate sector, Zach guides clients at all stages of complex projects: from development, land use, and investment, to construction contracts, and on through purchase, sales and leasing. Zach works closely with clients and legal teams to monitor local, state and federal regulations as well as opportunities on behalf of clients, then create clear paths for meeting deadlines, solidifying deals and realizing dream projects.

Prior to joining the firm, Zach served an internship with the Hon. Margaret T. Donnelly, 22nd Circuit Court of Missouri.
