News Releases

Ann Maher is one of 326 attorneys noted for providing superior client service by corporate counsel of leading business organizations.

The BTI Consulting Group has named Husch Blackwell’s Ann Maher to its 2018 BTI Client Service All-Stars. BTI lists 326 individuals in its report, which recognizes attorneys noted for providing superior client service by corporate counsel of leading business organizations.

Maher, a member of Husch Blackwell’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation group, focuses her practice on business litigation. She advises business clients in dealership, distribution and antitrust matters in cases involving contract disputes, unfair competition, trade secrets, trademark infringement, dealership termination, product warranty, construction and commercial lease disputes.  She also has litigated a variety of employment matters – including the defense of sexual harassment and other employment discrimination claims – in state and federal courts and in the Equal Rights Division.

The BTI report is the result of over 350 in-depth, independent interviews with highest ranking legal decision-makers at large organizations with $1 billion or more in revenue.  No attorney can lobby to be added to list or self-nominate, and law firms cannot provide names of clients to be contacted.
