The Wisconsin Technology Council has appointed Husch Blackwell partner Mindi Giftos to its Board of Directors, effective this week. Launched in 2001, the Council provides policy guidance to Wisconsin lawmakers, governor, state agencies and other institutions. It is an independent, non-profit and non-partisan board with members from tech companies, venture capital firms, higher education, research institutions, government and law.
Giftos, a partner in Husch Blackwell’s Technology, Manufacturing and Transportation industry group, also serves as the managing partner for the firm’s Madison office. She is the co-leader of Husch Blackwell’s Internet of Things and Data Privacy, Security & Breach Response practice groups.
