Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Jeffery T. Nobles has joined the firm’s Houston office as a partner. A well-known and respected member of the appellate bar, Nobles joins the firm’s Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation industry group and its Commercial Litigation practice group.
Nobles handles a variety of litigation matters for clients, including business disputes, media defense, probate matters, political controversies and bankruptcy issues.
Nobles began his legal career with a clerkship in the First Court of Appeals in Houston. In 1991 he was certified as a Civil Appellate Specialist by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has appeared in Texas Super Lawyers since 2003 in its Civil Appellate Law category and was recognized in Top 100 Houston Super Lawyers in 2018.

Nobles received his J.D. from Baylor Law School and graduated from Princeton University with an A.B. in History. He also attended Union Theological Seminary of New York City, where he was a North American Ministerial Fellow.
