Pearson and Reschly Named to Missouri Lawyers Media POWER 30 in Tax Law

Husch Blackwell is pleased to announce that Missouri Lawyers Media has named partners Lowell Pearson and Jason Reschly to its POWER 30 list for Tax Law.

Pearson, Husch Blackwell’s Jefferson City Office Managing Partner, brings extensive experience in administrative law, election law and political campaign finance law, as well as government contracts and procurement, to his practice, which includes government affairs and state and local tax (SaLT) law. He represents a wide range of clients: regulated businesses in manufacturing, aviation and healthcare; individual political candidates and political action committees (PACs); and political subdivisions.

Reschly is based in Husch Blackwell’s Kansas City office. He represents a variety of international food and agriculture clients on issues relating to reorganizations, purchases, divestitures, sales of business and tax considerations – including tax credits – with respect to financings. He also counsels renewable energy clients, having structured and negotiated investments in wind and other renewable power generation facilities.
