Alex represents clients in commercial disputes—primarily breach of contract cases—in state and federal courts across the country. She has worked in federal jurisdictions from coast to coast, defending clients from all of the firm’s industry groups, and she has developed a special focus on intensely document-heavy cases. Her detail-oriented nature has made Alex a perfect fit for litigation requiring extensive discovery, and she works frequently with the firm’s eDiscovery Solutions team.
