Andrew has built an impressive track record defending clients against complex tort and product liability claims in some of the toughest jurisdictions for defendants in the United States, including Madison County, Illinois, St. Clair County, Illinois, and St. Louis City, Missouri. His experience spans all phases of litigation, from early case strategy development and pre-trial motion work to conducting depositions and trial preparation.
Andrew conducts wide-ranging legal research and analysis concerning a variety of procedural defenses. He is also capable of distilling complicated technical and scientific data to develop practical litigation strategies across multiple industries, manufacturing processes and products. He has represented and developed litigation strategies for a national cosmetic company, an industrial premises owner, and a petrochemical equipment manufacturer involved in personal injury and wrongful death claims, among other defendants.
During law school, Andrew interned with the Missouri Attorney General’s office, where he assisted in sexually violent predator civil commitment proceedings.
