Aubree is dedicated to achieving the best result possible for clients.
With a love of helping others and a passion for legal theory fostered in her undergrad courses, Aubree knew a legal career would be a perfect fit. She soon discovered as a law student that her primary interest lay in litigation—an instinct that was confirmed as a law clerk to both a New Jersey Superior Court Judge and a Jackson County, Missouri Circuit Court judge—and began her career in asbestos and product liability claims.
Today, Aubree defends clients in asbestos litigation, serving on the national coordinating counsel teams for various major manufacturers. She attends and defends depositions, analyzes complex legal issues, and assists in the development of wide-scale claim resolution strategies across the country. Aubree is particularly experienced in notoriously difficult venues, having handled a busy docket of asbestos cases from inception to trial in New York and New Jersey at a previous firm.
Aubree thrives on the investigative research and strategy-building work inherent in the litigation process. Thanks to her post-J.D. clerkships, she also has an insider’s knowledge of what arguments or strategies may serve a client best in court. With a passion for providing a vigorous defense, Aubree is dedicated to putting in the work necessary to achieve the best outcome possible.
