Caitlyn defends product liability, premises liability, and toxic tort matters in state and federal courts. She practices from Palmetto Bay, Florida.
Caitlyn has served as part of national coordinating counsel for more than a dozen different corporate defendants in toxic tort litigation. She has a decade of litigation experience as lead counsel defending cases in challenging jurisdictions against some of the top plaintiff firms. Caitlyn is skilled in formulating client-focused defense strategies and managing cases in a cost-effective manner.
Caitlyn also has experience in litigating medical malpractice, catastrophic personal injury, and False Claims Act cases. She previously served as a summer clerk to Judge William M. Hoeveler and Judge Jose E. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
